Contracts that cover a specific block of time, eg 50 hours.
Contracts that cover you during business hours only or 24 hours/day x 7 days/week.
Contracts that offer various response times eg 1 hour response, 3 hour response, 24 hour response (depending upon the priority of the equipment covered and the nature of call).
