Background Information
Thinking Space became an IBM Business Partner in 2001. Since then, we have implemented a broad range of IBM-based IT solutions including server and workstation technologies, systems management, database servers and email software. It is our belief that IBM offers the most reliable and feature-rich hardware and software available on the market. This, combined with the proprietary “out-of-the-box” technologies prevalent in all IBM hardware and software (designed to lower Total Cost of Ownership or ‘TCO’), are the two primary reasons we choose IBM.
It is through our holistic approach to Systems Management (enabled by leveraging IBM’s hardware and software management technologies) as well as our sole use of IBM hardware for PC’s and Servers that we are truly able to set ourselves apart from other IBM business partners. We pride ourselves on only recommending IBM and are secure in the knowledge that our staff and contractors have received and continue to receive the most up to date information and training available.
We have also gained significant strengths in VoIP technologies, implementing secure and robust solutions for notable clients like Brisbane Airport Corporation. These large scale implementations, underpinned by our relationships with vendors like Avaya and Zulty’s, have brought us recognition in the marketplace as a premium IT solutions provider.
Recently, we have expanded our skills base to include solutions design and business consulting within the scope of offering a wide range of CRM, ERP and Enterprise Content Management Systems, incorporating the necessary business analysis and consulting to suit. Additionally, we offer project management, business continuity management (BCM) and process optimisation (BPO) services with a focus on building highly effective, consolidated and scalable information management systems.
